   There always will be rumors of a Xena movie, always!   
   But until they can figure out who owns the rights (apparently there are   
   several contenders), it doesn't look like there will be one.   
      
   but if it ever comes about, both Lucy and Renee will be much older than the   
   X&G were at the end - AFIN, so unless it is a story about them in their   
   later years, then the parts will have to go to new actresses.  But I'm   
   afraid if that happens, it will be a hard sell to get older fans to tune in.
