   Yeah, but in a way it's just human nature. When an animal can't make sense of   
   something, no matter how innocuous it actually is, its amygdala lights up and   
   tells them to be afraid, just in case. Thankfully we have the ability to   
   overcome our animal    
   instincts once we consciously notice the pattern.
