   'Salvage' was an instant favourite for me the first time I saw it. Just   
   throwing off the top of my head (id est, subject to change and correction in   
   the future), it might well be my 2nd favourite S8 episode, after 'Medusa'.

   Cuddy: Oh, my mistake. Drilling holes and shooting lightning bolts into an
