   After my second viewing, I've decided that it's not the *length* of the hair   
   that put me off a bit. It's the utter *straightness* of it. Back in the day,   
   her hair had a *shape* to it. It wasn't just like a very fine, red mop   
   plopped on top of her skull.   
      
   I'm exaggerating a bit. It wasn't really that bad. There were shots where I   
   actually thought it looked great. It's just that for me, her S2-S3 hair is   
   the ultimate golden standard. When I think of Scully, and how beautiful a   
   woman she is, I picture her with *that* hair. Anything else never quite   
   satisfies me.
