I also thought the movie was much better the second time I saw it. I did   
   notice the Dog with two heads the first time. And that sure looked like   
   CC in the hall of the hospital sitting on the bench. All of this is why   
   the DVD will sell well, every time you watch you will be able to see new   
   things you missed. And of course the extras will be great too. I can't   
   wait to find out why CC did some of the things he did in the movie.   
      
   One thing I am still having a hard time dealing with is why did they   
   make the movie on the cheap? The first movie had a budget of $80 million   
   (in 1997 dollars!) and this one only $30 million. The first movie made   
   money so why did they low ball this movie? A bigger budget would have   
   made a better movie. And a bigger movie might have appealed to more   
   people. Going low on the budget kind of doomed the movie right from the   
   start. And this was no way to start a new X-FIles franchise!
