   That's pretty cool. Except ...   
      
   I don't know who 'businesspundit' is, but given their name, I'm not to   
   surprised that they really don't seem to understand Skinner at all. They   
   talk as if his whole rôle in the show was to reign in Mulder and keep him   
   from going too far, when we know damn well that half his purpose was to use   
   his position to help them fight against the injustices being rained down on   
   them from above him in the chain of command.
