   You are right CC blew it with the premise for the second X-Files movie.   
   Why he made it about serial killers and body parts is just crazy.   
   He should have expanded on the Mythology of the X-FIles that is what the   
   X-Files fans wanted not a 'Frankenstein' movie. I am not sure if you can   
   use the budget as an excuse, CC made some of the best X-FIles TV   
   episodes on a tight budget. He had $30 million to make this movie what   
   did he use that money on, 'Snow'? I would have rather seen a 'Paper Clip   
   2', or a 'Piper Maru 2', or even a, 'Gethsemane 3' then the movie we   
   got. CC should have just expanded on a great X-FIles episode instead of   
   going all Hollywood!
