   The problem with all this is that DD filed his law suit in LA. As far as   
   I know the US really has no jurisdiction over a newspaper in England.   
   Now if he had filed his law suit in England I would think he was serious   
   about all this. The most he can gain from this suit in a US court is   
   just some more "publicity"!
