   	In this present time, Mulder and Sculley are meeting friends in the Milwaukee   
   - Chicago corridor. To Sculley, it seems odd to think of Suburban Chicago and   
   Suburban Milwaukee merged to with Chicago occupying parts of what was formerly   
   Wisconsin, now the    
   state of O in the US of 2015.   
   	Condor and Belinda are glad to see both Mulder and Sculley again and glad   
   they back on the cases again. It has been a long while and more lies, myths,   
   and debunking have gone to new layers. It may seem odd to some that when   
   Mulder and Sculley were made    
   to retire after 9/11/2001, everything would seem OK and they could enjoy their   
   retirement; then came 2009 and 2012 September.   
      
   [ Elkhorn }   
   	"This is where the Playboy club used to be; it is now a resort, the spirit   
   still exists," said Mulder. Sculley listening and remembering the picture   
   Belinda and Condor sent of Belinda posing before the display of the Playboy   
   bunny outfit in her red    
   winter coat and wearing her pussycat ears that day. Mulder thinking of Sculley   
   wearing the bunny outfit sometime when off duty for date night.   
   	Driving into Elkhorn on the new highway 50 from Kenosha then onto the new 12   
   as instructd by Condor and Belinda, they approach an area near a fast food   
   restaurant. Both Sculley and Mulder find it odd that they do not wish to meet   
   in Kenosha or    
   Brookfield like before. Driving from O'Hare on 94 to 41 then to Sheridan road   
   up to Kenosha, Sculley notices changes and vast contrast compared to when she   
   grew up in the Northern Chicago suburbs; even into what was once called   
   Wisconsin, it does not    
   seem like the Northern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin they knew. knew.   
   [ Mac Arthur Square, New Milwaukee ]   
   	A blip appears on a computer screen, actually, a tablet, predicting a path of   
   a car traveling on a joy ride though the old country area of the former state   
   of Wisconsin and see some of it a little past Twin Lakes.  One monitor thinks   
   it odd that someone    
   would want to joyride through a ghetto and declining suburb to a country   
   retreat than take an air car and miss all the unpleasant views.   
   	One of the monitors remembers what the old southeastern Wisconsin and   
   northern Illinois was like before the codicil of 2016 started in aftermath of   
   the 2012 election.   
   [ Elkhorn ]   
   	Approaching Elkhorn, Mulder and Sculley see an old style 1999 Lincoln   
   Continental, Pearl White. It has been a long time since both Mulder and   
   Sculley have seen a car like this or any car in the late 20th century style,   
   as well as one personally owned.   
   	"Mulder, how did the bureau approve this personal transport," asked Sculley.    
   	"The bureau did not." Sculley thinking about this, wondering how Mulder was   
   able to do this and what does this mean. "A friend offered and we accepted as   
   part of a new program to accept corporate gifts to help with sharing of   
   resources."    
   	"Sharing of resources?"   
   	"Part of the the old Plowshares program Condor and Belinda supported in '95."   
   	"I thought that program and philosophy were dead after 9/11 and especially   
   after water boarding and Benghazi. Are you sure it OK for use to speak like   
   this."   
   	"This transport is specially made so the inside cannot be heard or recorded,   
   they know where we are going. That's OK, it makes them think they are in   
   control."  Again, Sculley was wondering can't they turn off the engine to the   
   car like in the one movie    
   they watched "Horrible Bosses" and "Fast and Furious." Mulder sensed Sculley's   
   questions...   
   [ Mac Arthur Square ]   
   	"The car is approaching a fast food restaurant," said a monitor.   
   	"Do we have our personnel ready and have we tapped into the restaurant   
   internet and nearby smart phone's inside Internet?"   
   	"Yes, a special code has been sent to all the mobile apps allowing control of   
   the cameras, audio, and mic."   
   	"Begin download of their lunch with Condor and Belinda."   
   [ Elhorn ]   
   	Condor and Belinda meet Mulder and Sculley inside the fast food restaurant   
   and order a sandwich and a latte like old time.  They begin to speak of the   
   old southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois before the codicil. Others   
   observe the free speaking    
   and are worried and perplexed.   
   	Since the codicil of transparency all interactions, even private moments   
   between couples are monitored are recored; why do they feel they can speak   
   like in the old Wisconsin and northern Illinois before the codicil of   
   transparency?   
   	As Mulder and Sculley along with Condor and Belinda chat, others take a   
   gamble. They begin to speak freely, sharing thoughts hidden for the last 16   
   years; couples holding hands, expressing their hops and dreams openly and   
   friends sharing like what hasn'   
   t been seen. A person heads to the counter and ask a manager why the internet   
   isn't working.   
   	"To allow of you to have your freedom back; the freedom of solitude, the   
   freedom of intimacy, the freedom of closed conversation, the freedom to fail.   
   All without downloading and monitoring. Security is not freedom, complete   
   internet of things is not    
   freedom.   
      
   [ Mac Arthur Square [   
   	"Sir, they seem to be talking about some Cubs's game going on at the old   
   Wrigley Field. Wasn't baseball outlawed years ago."   
   	Grimacing, the directors senses a different day has begun.   
   [ Elkhorn ]   
   	Inside, the first day of a freedom restore of freedoms lost for the last 16
