I don't really understand how this forum/thread works but I'm writing this as   
   a 23 year old in 2016. Let me just say, isn't it incredible that people like   
   Rick are still around? This all could have been written nowadays but I'm 18   
   years on from when    
   these conversations took place. Almost nothing has changed - besides the   
   humble VCR dropping all but from existence.   
      
   Now, me and my friend just got to the infamous Krycek kiss scene and my friend   
   was only just saying that by a small miracle, she wasn't shipping Mulder and   
   Krycek - THEN THE KISS HAPPENED!   
      
   I don't get the big deal around who people ship, just let everyone do what   
   they want. Also, WHY ARE YOU SO AFRAID OF TWO MEN SHARING A KISS AND IT BEING   
   CONSTRUED AS GAY?! it's perfectly acceptable for people to want to see   
   themselves represented on    
   screen and, being the 90's, heaven knows that representation was probably   
   needed. We still have a long way to go even today.    
      
   I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing these interactions though and if by the slender   
   chance any of you see this, it's been incredible witnessing that fandom never   
   changes.
