   At end, Crump & Mulder forced to stop by Pacific Ocean, where a surgical team   
   seeks to operate on him to correct inner ear pressure (by sticking needle in   
   ear!) caused by an accident with Navy's ELF radio system.  I expected that a   
   helicopter would be    
   waiting at coast to take Crump on board to fly him West until he could be   
   operated on.  Why didn't that happen?
