   Time on victim's  watches : 8:01   
      
   Reason: Time was running normally inside the plane for 9 minutes of abduction   
   process , Time outside the plane was  relatively 9 mins behind the time inside   
   the plane. Just before the time reset process, UFO was shot down so the time   
   reset process was    
   incomplete and the victims gained 9 minutes.

   Time on skinner's watch : 10:56    
   Time on mulder's watch : 10:47   
      
   Reason: Just before the abduction, Mulder's watch stopped when he was talking   
   to scully on phone from plane . Then the abduction happened. Mulder's watch   
   did not run normally as stopped during the whole abduction process of 9   
   minutes .  After abduction ,    
   time reset process was complete and everyones watch inside the plane was set   
   to (current time in their watches - 9 minutes) , but as mulder did not gain 9   
   minutes inside the plane , his time was set to 9 minutes behind current time.
