   Well, I've finally been able to figure it out. Time and place, my boy,   
   is very important, and so is timing. Everything boils down to timing.   
   If it is not the right time and place for something to happen, it will   
   never happen.   
      
   So, what's the story?   
      
   In a nutshell. The military has been working on anti-gravity, and   
   levitation devices for quite a few lot of years. That means, they've   
   been at it since at least 1971 or thereabouts, when I saw them playing   
   with their latest toy, an anti-gravity, levitation device, that held   
   up to about ten people. It was pretty cramped with that many people in   
   it. Anyway, as things go, advances are made, breakthroughs occur, and   
   finally, you're stuck with the products of your hard earned labor, a   
   flying space cup, or UFO, in standard terminology. All joking aside. A   
   UFO was developed, and do you know what, Lockheed Martin, and all   
   those folks, didn't want to touch it, for some reason.   
      
   So. An intrepid few, who are extremely wealthy, who knew all about   
   what was going on, decided to get things done, a different way, with   
   the help of the Chinese.   
      
   Now. Why may I ask did they decide to ask the Chinese for help?   
   Because, to them, it made perfect sense.   
      
   The U.S. military is out of the way. The U.S. government is out of the   
   way. The Chinese are very good at keeping secrets. The Chinese have   
   scientists who are as brainy as any scientists you'll find anywhere on   
   this planet. The Chinese work for low wages, as the cost of living is   
   very low in China. Raw materials, and materials in general are very   
   low in cost. The end result can be accomplished at a substantial cost   
   savings.   
      
   What was the end result? These intrepid, wealthy beyond anyone's   
   imagination, gentlemen, and perhaps even some women, too, but who   
   knows?, they wanted a prototype of a flyable, UFO. The Chinese would   
   build the UFO, all the while under the guidance of the intrepid group   
   of gentlemen and women, or the advance group, as I'll call them for   
   short.   
      
   What does China get out of this? They get all the technology handed   
   over to them. At the same time, prototypes for China are built, with   
   the advance group and their project managers in place, and eventually,   
   China will release the information to the world, that they have   
   achieved this great accomplishment.   
      
   What will China do with the information? They will share it between a   
   group of several elite nations, who will promise to use it for the   
   benefit of humankind.   
      
   They will of course, leave out the Islamists, as those people are hell   
   bent on destroying every other civilization in the world. So much for   
   that.   
      
   A transformation will occur, and when workable systems are all in   
   place, such as the avoidance detection system, I mentioned about,   
   elsewhere, along with several other systems that are needed, the   
   Chinese will be the first of those to head off to explore far away   
   planets for exploitation and mining of valuable resourses, at a low   
   cost.   
      
   In time, others will follow, and colonies will be established on   
   planets, in similar fashion. The rest is up to those who construct the   
   future.   
      
   So, when is this going to take place? Well. The needed systems are not   
   in place, and strategically, the lead countries are not yet set so   
   that they could announce this to the general public. Perhaps, another   
   ten, or fifteen years, and we'll slowly begin to get propaganda from   
   Lockheed Martin, and the rest of them, and then it will all begin to   
   come to light.   
      
   P.S. I'm working on new drawings of the proto-type that I saw. I'm not   
   good enough at drawing, so I need the assistance of someone who has a   
   steadier hand than mine, and better eye-hand coordination. As soon as   
   find someone, and as soon as I change out the graphics, I'll have the   
   drawings for that "prototype" I happened to see while it was on   
   maneuvers, here in Las Vegas, of all places.
