The military does know. And so do certain departments of the government and
its security agencies. They just don't want us to know so they pretend.
Whenever a craft comes down there are military trucks on site within hours
(in some cases less than an hour) to carry away craft and debris for back
engineering purposes. They have advanced sensor technology to detect craft
   entry into earth's atmosphere.
There are countless witnesses including ex-military personnel who will
   confirm this.
The military want the advanced ET tech for making better war weapons and
transport systems. That's why secrecy is of utmost importance.
