   You may or may not know that there is now advanced tech in use by the US   
   military/govt. on earth and in orbit around earth that can take thoughts   
   right out of people's minds. If someone thinks a thought that they decide   
   threatens their power and secrecy then they can look at it and take action   
   against that person. This tech practically makes Echelon look like an old
