   Hvac is no official anything,.....just a hall monitor they gave a sash to,   
   so he could feel important.   
      
   He welcome's Big Brother with open arms, and believes that "right-think"   
   will earn him an extra blanket in the FEMA camps.   
   And that EVERYONE IS GUILTY of SOMETHING,.... unless they can prove they are   
   innocent.
