   Wrong, they care VERY MUCH.   
   They can't take over by coming to the rescue, of the very problems they   
   created in the first place.   
      
   Think, PROTECTION MONEY,......that store owners have to pay goons or their   
   store windows get smashed out every night.   
   And as they raise the payments, eventually the store owner can't make enough   
   money to cover them, and then they offer to just take the store.
