   He used an average distance to Pluto of 5e9 kms then divided by 3e5   
   The answer for the two way trip, traveling at c, is 33333.333333'. At least   
   nine significant figures are needed to calculate the dfference between that and   
   the time if the signal moves at  c+ 0.43 km/s on the rerturn leg.   
      
   Shitlong also forgot that the Earth is moving when the signal is sent.
