     Apparently the news that some UFO incidents have corresponded with   
     ICBM silos shutting down has got some people nervous.   
     Some starry-eyed dreamers have taken the incidents to mean   
     "get rid of your nuclear weapins; fighting solves nothing".   
     Govt and military probably take it to be "give up now; your best   
     weapons are useless against us".
