   Best documentary to date I have seen about the international dialogue on   
   UFOs.  It's amazing how much more candid about these phenomena the Brits and   
   the French are.  One French general admitted to Leslie Kean "The only   
   explanation is that they [UFOs]    
   are from outside."   
      
   You gotta see this, Kym Horsell.  It is well-executed, easy to understand, and   
   for me with my hearing loss easy to absorb because of great closed captions.
