   I forgot to note there is a -ve corr between cattle mutilations   
   and missing persons.   
      
   In most datasets the more missing persons the less cattle mutilations and   
    the less ... the more ....   
      
   Those of the local programs that have economics smarts built in   
   characterise that as a pattern related to "preferred goods".
