   I looked into the .nl access problem.   
   Yep. The site has the domain name listed as "banned" because of some past   
   hacking or similar.   
   There is no indication this is you given it's an ISP many people share so I've   
   had the listing deleted.   
   You should be able to access under that account now.   
   I get this a lot, too. I access some low-grade "sensitive" sites where you can   
   get data there one day   
   and the next day you find you've been banned for life because 1 of the other   
   10 million people that have the same shared IP you have did something naughty   
   sometime.
