   My best explanation for what I saw might be:   
      
   A plane ascending into the sky and maybe shining it's light on the clouds,   
   briefly !?   
      
   Very maybe helichopter but I don't think they go that high...   
      
   The sighting was most likely very high above Maastricht Airport... maybe just   
   a jet flying over the Netherlands towards America... or something... or   
   England... I don't know...
