   Like flying UFO's many military reports concern USO's -- underwater craft of   
   unknown origin. And many military people report seing some of these things   
   jump out of the water    
   near their battleships and go flying off, sometimes right up  out of the atm.   
      
   Some of the 100s of still-secret reports the Pentagon is "investigating"   
   also report the opposite . Things have been seen on radar coming in from space   
   at high speed, flying straight and level for a while,  and diving into the   
   ocean.   
      
   Various again unconfirmed reports from various militaries report underwater   
   craft that move at high speed that have been tracked around the Arctic Ocean,   
   N Europe, N Canada, Alaska, and elsewhere.   
      
   And many civilians report unusual things jumping into or out of lakes in   
   various countries. The famous "ghost rockets" from my part of the world (my   
   family come from N Scandianvia and N Russia) are an early example of that kind   
   of thing.   
      
   But, still, that could all be wrong. But I just dont think so.
