   Just a short note related to the Apr 19 hearings.  I monitor access to   
   my various web pages and have noted the subject of most interest to   
   live browsers and robots are the various UFO pages.   
      
   The daily hits go up and down "suspiciously" in sync with UFO   
   sightings as reported to the NUFORC. Well that makes sense.   
      
   But another interesting pattern seems to be IP's that geolocate close to or   
   inside military bases  that seem   
   to scan the web for information just before they have to turn in   
   assignments to Congress. (See the graph below).   
      
   At one point some military insiders were worried the  Pentagon brass   
   -- far from controlling a vast conspiracy to keep alien contact and the   
   reverse engineering  of various objects they have capture in the past 70y   
   all a big secret so the global economy wouldn't crash -- actually don't   
   know anything more than the average person in the street about   
   UFOs. I.e. practically nothing. When some Pentagon official gets up   
   before a Congressional hearing and seems to believe UFO sightings   
   started sometime in the last 10-20 years and only just   discovering   
   UFOs  fall into different shape categories (until now the   
   characteristics of UFOs such as color and shape have been a US military   
   secret even if such things are listing on UFO web sites all over the   
   world) then you have to suspect it may not be a total  act. It may be the   
   real state of affairs.   
      
   No wonder some military insiders are worried.   
      
   Anyway, here's a plot of the daily access to my web pages concerning   
   just UFO's. There's firstly a fortnightly cycle that seems to be under   
   the control of some robot somewhere. But notice the upward trend just   
   before a certain Hearing and then a decline in interest after the Big   
   Speech has been written and then delivered. I assume the next up-tick   
   will happen a couple weeks before the next assignment is due.

   That being said, at current consumption, we have by some accounts an   
   estimated 47 years of oil left to be extracted. That equates to somewhere in   
   the region of 1.65 trillion barrels of proven oil reserves. Other sources up
