   There are several. E.g. nuforc.org.  They have a web report form, you   
   can browse or search old reports (1000s of them) and you can chat   
   ("comment") on posted articles or comments other people have made.   
      
   There are also several news orgs starting up or recently started that have   
   various services.  E.g. some people just want to talk to someone that   
   understands the kind of mental shock seeing something really really weird can   
   cause.  As always google can be useful to find the names of groups like that.
