   Once I got a book as a present (from El Corte Ingles). I wanted to   
   switch to the ebook instead, because I have no room for more books at   
   home. This is possible, because with that place it is customary to   
   include a ticket with no price included with the gifts, so that the   
   recipient can return or change the gift for something else. So I though:   
   easy, just change with the ebook.   
      
   Well, no. I got a full refund for the gifted book, and with that I had   
   to buy it again at the web site, which in fact redirected to the book   
   shop system above (Casa del Libro).
