   It's extremely straightforward:   
      
   0 is freezing   
   10 is cool, put on a jacket   
   20 is room temperature, no jacket needed   
   30 is hot, sun hat useful   
   40 is desert hot, stay out of the sun   
      
   In the other direction, 10 below is cold, 20 below is very cold, but opinions   
   vary.  Around here at -20 C schools wouldn't let kids play outside, but in   
   Minnesota it's good sledding weather.
