   I'm not that big on playing outside at -20 C either.  -12 C isn't bad on a   
   sunny day with no wind. At -30 C I start to wonder why I don't live in   
   Florida. Thankfully that's very rare around here and requires the Arctic   
   air mass to break over the Divide.   
      
   We set up a dinnerware plant in Morris MN I don't think it ever got above   
   -30 C. It was an open winter with very little snow. After they got a few   
   inches all the snow machine people were out in force. If you went into a   
   restaurant it was difficult to hang your coat up because of all the   
   snowmobile suits.   
      
   Not to get political, but in the name of all that is holy what are Somalis   
   doing in MN?  They also targeted Lewiston ME but that at least the ocean   
   keeps it from going completely insane.
