   That's exactly what Miller & co. *want.* The whole business with   
   deploying National Guard units and now the 4chan Gestapo (after the   
   Guard proved too professional and not thuggish enough) into American   
   cities has been transparently about baiting for violence in hopes of   
   ginning up a second civil war - we've been watching them roll out   
   flimsy or patently nonsense pretexts and then immediately pivot to   
   another as soon as one falls apart for the better part of a year now.   
   (It's about street crime! No wait, it's about illegal immigration! No   
   wait, it's about daycare fraud!)   
      
   Unfortunately, I'm not sure how we get out of this *without* resorting   
   to violence. God knows even the nominally "sane" politicians can't be   
   relied on to stand for anything; they can barely manage to pull their   
   emergency backup spine out of the storage closet when President Cheeto   
   is threatening to get us kicked out of NATO, and that probably has more   
   to do with major military contractors getting antsy about it :/
