   MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Over a dozen people in Memphis were indicted by a federal   
   grand jury for their alleged roles in a major drug trafficking scheme   
   operating out of the Bluff City.   
      
   The Department of Justice (DOJ) said the drug trafficking ring operated   
   between November 2023 and June 2024. During that time, the defendants   
   allegedly distributed fentanyl, meth and marijuana throughout Memphis,   
   according to the DOJ.   
      
   During their investigation, agents recovered over a pound of fentanyl (541   
   grams), more than two pounds of meth (938 grams), 200 grams of psilocybin   
   mushrooms, over 26 pounds of marijuana, 29 guns, five Glock switch devices,   
   two stolen cars and over $4,000 in cash.
