   MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A woman is fighting for her life after a hit-and-run   
   driver struck her as she was walking Tuesday night along American Way,   
   according to the Memphis Police Department.   
      
   Memphis police say they were dispatched to the scene near Thousand Oaks   
   Boulevard at 9:27 p.m.   
      
   Police say the victim was rushed to Regional One Hospital with critical   
   injuries.   
      
   No details about the suspect’s vehicle have been released.
