XPost: alt.fan.rush-limbaugh, mn.politics, alt.politics.liberalism       XPost: talk.politics.guns, sac.politics       From: uncivilized.black@jungle-animals              ST PAUL, Minn — An adult woman and her boyfriend have been charged for       shooting a teenage girl in St. Paul on Saturday.              According to charging documents, the shooting victim’s mother believes the       shooting stemmed from a Stillwater robbery case in which the mother is       cooperating with the prosecution of 29-year-old Kalosha Shavette Minor.              On July 13, the shooting victim, her mother and some of her family were       gathered at the park at Roy Wilkins Park in Saint Paul.              Minor and her 24-year-old boyfriend, Arlanders Marshall, drove to the park       with two other women and began yelling at the family about the robbery       incident, according to the document.              Minor allegedly pulled the woman from her car and pepper sprayed her daughter.              The group allegedly jumped the family. When the woman said she was going to       call the police, Marshall allegedly pulled out a gun and started shooting at       the family multiple times, according to the document. That’s when the       woman’s teenage daughter        yelled out that she had been shot. Minor’s group then fled.              The woman showed police a Snapchat video of the attack that was posted by one       of the people with Minor. Security camera footage from a neighbor of the park       also showed the fight and Marshall’s presence.              Officers obtained cell phone data that showed Marshall arrived at the park and       left at the times when the altercation occurred.              The officers tracked his phone to an apartment in Mounds View and arrested       both Marshall and Minor, who was with him at the time. Officers also recovered       ammunition from his apartment that had the same headstamp as the spent shells       that were found at the        scene.              Marshall denied being around Minor, denied being at the scene, and ultimately       asked for a lawyer.              Minor told the officers that the other woman had started the fight and shot       the gun.              This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes       available.              https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/woman-boyfriend-shot-t       en-girl-st-paul/89-9626206a-c39f-44c2-94ac-5740c4dd02b5              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
