   ST. LOUIS — A teenager was found fatally shot early Tuesday morning in south   
   St. Louis.   
      
   According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, officers received a   
   call about a person down at about 3 a.m. Tuesday in the 3100 block of Nebraska   
   Avenue, located in the city's Benton Park West neighborhood. There, officers   
   found a male victim    
   with a gunshot wound to his head in an alley.   
      
   The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. He was identified   
   Friday as 17-year-old Kentrell Keith.   
      
   The Homicide Division assumed the ongoing investigation. Police have not said   
   what led up to the shooting.
