   The 51 year old from Minneapolis fathered 2 children with one of his daughters.   
      
   A Minneapolis father is in custody on eight charges that allege he repeatedly   
   beat, chained and raped his daughters in a pattern of treatment "diagnostic of   
   torture."   
      
   The charges have been made against Jerry Lee Curry, 51, of 17th Avenue South,   
   Minneapolis, who is accused of repeatedly beating and raping his twin   
   daughters – who have developmental disabilities and are now in their 20s.   
      
   Two children were born from the sexual assault he allegedly carried out on one   
   of them, according to a criminal complaint and a protective order filed in   
   Hennepin County.   
      
   It's at this point we want to warn of extreme content, as the details   
   described below are horrific.   
      
   What he's accused of doing   
   The two daughters are referred to in the criminal complaint as Victim A and   
   Victim B. Another daughter, a child, is described as Victim C.   
      
   Here's what the complaint says about each victim:   
      
   Victim A   
      
   She has a neurological/cognitive disorder with intellectual skills of a first   
   to third grader, and the behavioral capacity of a 6-7 year old.   
      
   Curry and the girls' mother were the legal caregivers of both daughters due to   
   their diminished mental capacities.   
      
   But the daughters' treatment came to the attention of authorities when Victim   
   A went missing in May 2017. She was found a short time later at a Salvation   
   Army refuge center and was moved to the child abuse center CornerHouse, where   
   she was interviewed on    
   June 12, 2017.   
      
   She accused Curry of:   
      
   Beating her and her sister (Victim B) repeatedly with bats and paddles on   
   their arms, legs and heads.   
   Tying her up with a dog chain when she was 15 years old and Curry became aware   
   she was sexually active.   
   Repeatedly restrained her with the chain to stop her seeing men or from   
   getting food, keeping her tied to her bedroom door "for multiple days at a   
   time."   
   Struck her while she was chained.   
   Caused multiple scars and injuries to her head and the top of her left ear,   
   which was "largely detached.'   
   Stomped on her head, causing blindness in her left eye that has "very low   
   possibility of rehabilitation."   
   Hitting Victim C in the head with a golf club.   
   Victim B   
      
   Victim B also has neurological and cognitive issues, which though not as   
   severe as her sister's, are still classified as in the "mild to moderate   
   intellectual disability range."   
      
   A psychologist felt she was not capable of "fully-independent or   
   semi-independent" living.   
      
   She underwent a CornerHouse interview on May 25, 2017, but denied being   
   physically abused by her parents.   
      
   When she was in a hospital a few weeks later however, a nurse found her   
   crying, and she told the nurse her father had raped her and he was the father   
   of her soon-to-be-born child.   
      
   She accused Curry of:   
      
   Routinely raping her while their mother was not home.   
   Fathering two children by her as a result of this rape, one born in June 2014   
   and the other in October 2017.   
   Beat her and Victim A if they misbehaved, chaining them to their parents'   
   bedroom for days at a time.   
   Causing scars over her entire body, including chain marks on both ankles as   
   well as a chipped tooth.   
   Victim B told the court last month that Curry would routinely rape Victim A as   
   well, the Star Tribune reports.   
      
   The newspaper notes that Curry surrendered to authorities in Minneapolis on   
   Wednesday. Police are still trying to locate the girls' mother.
