   A judge has ordered a $25,000 bond be given to a man already behind bars for   
   sexual assault after the suspect allegedly urinated on an officer.   
      
   Prosecutors say the Douglas County Jail prisoner, 31-year old Rafee Shaka, was   
   being taken to a hospital when the officer noticed Shaka lean over and urinate   
   on him.   
      
   Shaka was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl and   
   failing to register as a sex offender in Omaha. For that, he's being held on a   
   bond of more than $1 million.   
      
   Records show he is convicted rapist from Minnesota.
