   A Memphis police officer is off the job. Lieutenant Ouita Knowlton was   
   relieved of duty on April 4th.   
      
   Lt. Knowlton has been with MPD for 24 years, and most recently served as the   
   chief of the DNA squad.   
      
   Police will not say why she was relieved of duty, only that is an ongoing   
   investigation.
