   A Jacksonville man was arrested Wednesday, accused of having sex with a   
   13-year-old, North Little Rock police said.   
      
   Jalen Henson, 18, faces two counts of rape and two counts of second-degree   
   sexual assault, according to an arrest report. He was taken into custody about   
   9:45 a.m. at the North Little Rock Police Department's investigations division   
   offices at 615 W.    
   29th St., authorities said.   
      
   Henson was still in the Pulaski County jail as of Wednesday evening, records   
   show.
