   Slavery is in the history and traditions of this country and no where in   
   the original constitution is it mentioned.   
      
   The power to regulate slavery is found nowhere in the Constitution and   
   that, per the 10th Amendment, any power not specifically granted to the   
   federal government belongs to the state and local governments.   
      
   Soon we'll put those niggers back into the cotton fields again.
