   The alleged victim of a rape, robbery and kidnapping a year ago at the Babies   
   "R" Us parking lot testified at the beginning of a trial Monday that she was   
   "terrified" during the ordeal and motivated only to keep the suspect from   
   shooting her 11-month-old    
   baby to death.   
      
   But in an opening statement, the defense attorney alleged that the woman had   
   an "ugly and vile sense of buyer's remorse" for getting money to buy drugs   
   that day and having consensual sex with the suspect, Anthony Ray Graham.
