   Baltimore Police say investigators have arrested a 19-year-old in connection   
   with an August shooting that left a teenage girl injured in the    
   allaway-Garrison neighborhood of West Baltimore.   
      
   Rashaad Wilson was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder on   
   Oct. 28, police said, and is being held without bail at the Central Booking   
   Intake Facility.   
      
   On Aug. 16, officers responded to the 3800 block of Chatham Road around 4:57   
   p.m. to investigate a report of a shooting, police said. A 17-year-old girl   
   was found with an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body inside a residence   
   and taken to area    
   hospitals, where she was listed in stable condition at the time.
