   A Rice Lake man faces penalties that could range up to 80 years in prison and   
   $200,000 in fines after being charged with two counts of sexual assault of a   
   child under age 16, according to Barron County Circuit Court documents.   
      
   A complaint filed Monday, Feb. 1, identified the defendant as 22-year-old Ian   
   George Bednarek, of rural Rice Lake.
