   Drevon Alexander Perkins now faces a charge of super aggravated sexual assault   
   of a child. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $100,000 bail.

   A 26-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly admitted to raping a   
   3-year-old girl, resulting in her contraction of chlamydia and gonorrhea,   
   according to court records.   
      
   Drevon Alexander Perkins now faces a charge of super aggravated sexual assault   
   of a child. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $100,000 bail.   
      
   According to court records, the victim's mother noticed discharge in her   
   diaper and took her to a local hospital for treatment. The doctor confirmed   
   she was infected with the STDs, and police began investigating.   
      
   During a polygraph test, Perkins allegedly admitted to raping the girl in   
   January while he was doing drugs. He said he assaulted the girl at his   
   apartment while her mother was at work.   
      
   The affidavit also notes Perkins has the same STDs that the girl was found to   
   have contracted.
