   BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- Baltimore City Police say they have charged a teenager as   
   an adult for the rape and murder of an elderly woman.   
      
   14-year-old Tyrone Harvin is being held without bail in the August death of   
   83-year-old Dorothy Neal.   
      
   Police were dispatched to the apartment of Dorothy Mae Neal located in the   
   2300 block of Winchester Street. Dorothy Mae Neal was found inside her   
   apartment unresponsive and the victim of an apparent assault.   
      
   She was transported to University Of Maryland Hospital for treatment. Dorothy   
   Mae Neal was pronounced dead in the early morning hours of August 30th.   
      
   Homicide detectives were summoned and assumed control of the investigation.
