   PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A Pitt County man was sentenced to 100-140 years in   
   prison today after being convicted of multiple charges related to sexually   
   abusing children.   
      
   According to the Pitt County District Attorney’s Office, a Pitt County jury   
   found Jaronta Raynor guilty of the following charges:   
      
   Statutory rape of a child by an adult   
   Three counts of statutory sex offense   
   Four counts of indecent liberties   
      
   The DA says the charges are from Raynor sexually abusing a 10-year-old and   
   11-year-old child in 2021 on multiple occasions.   
      
   Raynor was sentenced to a minimum of 100 years in prison and a maximum of 140   
   years. He will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
