   A 27-year-old man accused of drugging, sexually assaulting, and filming   
   multiple women over the past few years is set to make his first court   
   appearance at a virtual hearing on Wednesday.   
      
   Edward Huffman was arrested on Sept. 13 after two women reported that he had   
   raped them earlier that month. Since his arrest, investigators with the   
   Clayton County Police Department have identified at least seven victims, and   
   more charges have surfaced.    
   Huffman is currently facing 20 charges, including five counts of rape, as well   
   as charges for aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and distributing   
   prohibited sexual content online.   
      
   At a press conference held last month, Clayton County Police Commander Frank   
   Thomas said that Huffman had been attacking women since at least 2021, often   
   using drugs to incapacitate them before recording and uploading videos of the   
   assaults online.    
   Huffman allegedly hosted social gatherings at his home, where many of the   
   victims, whom he knew personally, attended.   
      
   Police said that most of the victims had no recollection of the assaults, only   
   learning about them when they were shown videos posted on pornographic   
   websites.   
      
   "It was shocking to them when they were presented with images and videos   
   retrieved from the pornographic websites of themselves with Huffman," Thomas   
   said.   
      
   In addition to the sexual assault charges, Huffman is also accused of   
   molesting a child in his care. That charge is still pending.   
      
   Clayton County authorities continue to investigate and have urged anyone with   
   similar experiences to contact them. Huffman remains in custody at the Clayton   
   County Jail.
