XPost: talk.politics.guns, oh.general, talk.politics.misc       XPost: alt.abortion, sac.politics       From: the.invisible.fat-assed.karen.bass.not@lamayor.org              CINCINNATI — Police are investigating two sex crimes against women in       Westwood just one day apart.              Thursday, Cincinnati police released a sketch of a man they wanted for       questioning in an attempted rape in the 3100 block of Queen City Avenue.              A rape that happened the day before a few minutes away was not made public.              The Thursday attempted rape happened around 12:15 p.m. and sent a woman to the       hospital.              According to dispatchers, the woman said the suspect got into her garage,       pushed her into the basement and tried removing her pants when a ladder fell       on him and he ran out the home.              Radio communication between police and dispatchers following the assault shows       officers quickly connect the attempted rape to a rape the day before at an       apartment nearby.              Mark Andrews, 30, was arrested Friday night. He is currently behind bars at       the Hamilton County Justice Center, charged with rape that happened at an       apartment on Mozart Avenue in Westwood Wednesday.              Court documents said Andrews forced his way into the victim's apartment.              So far, no one has been charged in the attempted rape on Queen City Avenue. It       occurred in the same block Andrews was arrested in on Friday.              The descriptions provided by the two victims were similar, including the       clothes the suspect was wearing.              "Male black, 30s, 5'7, beard, black hat, black puffy jacket and black pants,"       a dispatcher relayed to officers following the second attack.              Andrews has a long arrest history. Last year, charges against him were dropped       in at least two cases when he was found mentally incompetent to stand trial.              This May, he underwent treatment to reach competency in a different case. He       was charged with harassment with a bodily substance for spitting on police       officers. In that case, he was sentenced to a year in prison. He received       credit for time served for        204 days. It is unclear when he was released, but Andrews is currently on       probation, according to court documents.              In the rape case, his bond was set Monday at $500,000 with electronic       monitoring requirements if released.              https://www.wlwt.com/article/california-birthright-citizen-origins/63500272              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
