      XPost: talk.politics.guns, oh.general, talk.politics.misc       XPost: alt.abortion, sac.politics       From: first.time.rape@death.penalty              RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — 18-year-old Keyon Stephens -- who was wanted by the       Richmond Heights Police Department for aggravated murder in connection with a       deadly shooting last year -- has now been arrested.              Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force took Stephens into       custody Friday morning at a residence in the 800 block of Ruple Road in       Cleveland.              The shooting, which dates back to Sept. 7, happened in the 100 block of Ruth       Ellen Drive in Richmond Heights.              When officers arrived at the scene, they found 29-year-old Dewon Que’Shawn       Lee dead in a parking lot with gunshot wounds.              Stephens was later identified as a suspect and a warrant was issued for his       arrest.              “Our task force continues to have a strong partnership with the Richmond       Heights Police Department,” said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott. “Today was       another example of our partnership leading to the arrest of a wanted, violent       fugitive.”              Anybody with information regarding any wanted fugitive is asked to call the       Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED.
