   DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- Dayton Police are announcing the arrest of a suspected   
   serial rapist.   
      
   DPD's Cold Case Unit, along with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, says   
   this arrest comes from a long-time investigation with the Ohio Bureau of   
   Criminal Investigations.   
      
   43-year-old Tiandre Turner is charged with 1 count of felonious assault, 2   
   counts of kidnapping, 2 counts of abduction, 2 counts of rape, and one count   
   of robbery.   
      
   Investigators say between 2013-2014, Turner, who is from Dayton, violently   
   abused and sexually assaulted four women.   
      
   Three of the incidents were in Dayton, in the areas of North Main Street and   
   West Grand Avenue, and the other outside of the city, investigators didn’t   
   say where specifically.   
      
   Investigators say the four victims were kidnapped, beaten, and raped, one so   
   severely that her back was broken.   
      
   Major Brian Johns says he wants justice for the victims and their families.   
      
   “The tough thing is the wait. You know that guy is out there, be it sexual   
   assault or a murder case, you know that guy is out there and don’t have   
   enough to actually arrest him, so you hope and pray that he's not committing   
   more crimes until you can    
   get him stopped," said Major Johns.   
      
   DPD plans to add two additional victims to Turner's charges once they get more   
   evidence.
