On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, the four       were arrested. Miller and James-Carter were specifically charged as being the       individuals who        threatened the victim with the weapon, warning her not to tell anyone.              Miller was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping,       felony possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, felony       aggravated menacing, felony first-degree conspiracy, two counts felony       second-degree unlawful sexual        contact, misdemeanor terroristic threatening, misdemeanor theft under $1,500,       and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He was committed to the       custody of the department of Correction in lieu of $65,500 secured bond.              Ellis-Pinkney was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree       kidnapping, felony first-degree conspiracy, and two counts felony       second-degree unlawful sexual contact. He was committed to the custody of the       DOC in lieu of $104,000 cash bond.              Glover was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping,       felony first-degree conspiracy, and three counts felony second-degree unlawful       sexual contact. He was committed to the custody of the DOC in lieu of $104,000       cash bond.              James-Carter was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree       kidnapping, felony possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a       felony, felony aggravated menacing, felony first-degree conspiracy, and three       counts felony second-degree        unlawful sexual contact.
