   Four juvenile males have been charged with dragging a juvenile girl into a   
   house, forcibly raping her, and threatening her with a weapon after the   
   incident, New Castle County Police announced Friday.   
      
   According to authorities, Kabarshenay Ellis-Pinkney, 14, Louis Miller and   
   Joseph James-Carter, both 13, and Ja'den Glover, 12, grabbed the victim on   
   December 11, 2018, and took her to a home in the unit block of Auckland Drive   
   in the Wellington Woods    
   community in Bear.   
      
   Evidence linking the suspects to the crime was uncovered during the course of   
   the investigation, authorities said. On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, the four   
   were arrested. Miller and James-Carter were specifically charged as being the   
   individuals who    
   threatened the victim with the weapon, warning her not to tell anyone.   
      
   Miller was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping,   
   felony possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, felony   
   aggravated menacing, felony first-degree conspiracy, two counts felony   
   second-degree unlawful sexual    
   contact, misdemeanor terroristic threatening, misdemeanor theft under $1,500,   
   and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He was committed to the   
   custody of the department of Correction in lieu of $65,500 secured bond.   
      
   Ellis-Pinkney was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree   
   kidnapping, felony first-degree conspiracy, and two counts felony   
   second-degree unlawful sexual contact. He was committed to the custody of the   
   DOC in lieu of $104,000 cash bond.   
      
   Glover was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping,   
   felony first-degree conspiracy, and three counts felony second-degree unlawful   
   sexual contact. He was committed to the custody of the DOC in lieu of $104,000   
   cash bond.   
      
   James-Carter was charged with felony first-degree rape, first-degree   
   kidnapping, felony possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a   
   felony, felony aggravated menacing, felony first-degree conspiracy, and three   
   counts felony second-degree    
   unlawful sexual contact. He was committed to the custody of the DOC in lieu of   
   $104,000 cash bond.
